At ACTION Fitness we train the F.I.T.TM way using Functional Interval TrainingTM. There are no routines to learn, no one screaming in your face, no worrying about if you are able to keep up with the others or if they are able to keep up with you. We have designed the F.I.T. ProgramTM to fit everyone's needs, and we make sure that no matter what fitness level you are at, you WILL get an awesome total body work out EVERY TIME. Since we are not a gym, we have no heavy machinery and our classes are small so we can focus on EVERY ONE.
You will never be handed a "body builders" diet, because our meal plans are designed by our REGISTERED and LICENSED DIETITIAN and can be professionally customized to fit YOUR specific medical and nutritional needs. Don't want to follow a meal plan? No problem, you don't have to.
