What Is F.I.T.?
F.I.T. stands for Functional Interval Training and that is what we do. In each class at Action Fitness you will use a combination of resistance and cardio training.  We do not have heavy equipment and machines, but we are able to push you far beyond your expectations and change the way you look at yourself and challenge your limitations. 

Our F.I.T. classes are structured so that EVERYONE* at ANY FITNESS LEVEL can participate and still be challenged.  You will never have to worry about being too out of shape or too advanced. We keep our classes small in order to focus on YOU the individual, YOUR form and YOUR safety, but most importantly, YOUR goals
