"Greg’s program has changed my perspective on personal training. He is encouraging and creative. Rather than just pushing me to perform standard exercises longer or with greater intensity he brings a new paradigm. Greg challenges me with exercises which include balls, free weights, and bands that have me working 3, 4, and 5 muscle groups at once while I focus on mastering the form and posture of the routine. I find it much easier to stay mentally fresh while accomplishing a much more complete workout in an hour. I thought that I had a good workout routine before, but Greg has taken it to a much higher level. I am 48 years old and with Greg, I have dropped from 15% body fat to 13% to 11% while adding strength and flexibility. I work out earlier than I have in the past but it is something that I look forward to in the morning. Thanks Greg YOU ROCK!"

My name is Christina M., and I am in my 4th week at Action Fitness Boot Camp and I could
not be happier. I decided to join because I wanted to tone up, become stronger and get a jump on being ready for the summer. It was great because there was no contracts or membership fees to get started. I was worried at first about being able to get up that early (I take the 5:30am class) but once I got there it was great. Now I look forward to getting up and going to class. One of the best things about the boot camp for me is that Greg keeps it exciting. In every class we do something different, which keeps it from becoming boring or monotonous. He is very motivational and encouraging but at the same time pushes me hard enough to make me do more than I thought I was ever capable of. I have lost weight and several inches since joining and I have much more muscle definition. I can feel myself becoming stronger every week and my energy level is higher than it has been in years.I would highly recommend Action Fitness to anyone looking for a fun, energizing all over body workout. The program is great for all body types and skill levels and I think everyone would be amazed at what a new person you feel like after joining.
