PERSONAL TRAINING

At ACTION Fitness, we realize that not everyone enjoys the group or boot camp style training and that some individuals benefit from more personalized one-on-one training.  It is for this reason that we offer personal training to everyone.

Frequency
We recommend 3 sessions per week for optimum results, however the best thing about personal training at ACTION Fitness is that we have NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS!  There are also NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS!  Train as little or as often as you like.

Programs
At ACTION Fitness we customize our personal training to your individuals needs. We will need to meet with you for about 30 minutes prior to your first session to establish your particular goals.  Whether your goal is weight loss, tone-up, increase speed and agility or sport specific, we will design a program just for you.  Plus, with our personalized training, you get the added benefit on nutritional counseling from an RD,LD to help you meet your dietary needs.

Rates
Our goal is to make achieving your fitness goals affordable which is why we offer 3 different pricing structures.

$30 per 1/2 hour session of individual training
$45 per 1 hour session of individual training
$60 per 1 hour session for 2 individuals so you can save money by training with a friend.
