TRAINING PROGRAMS
PERSONAL TRAINING: At ACTION Fitness, we realize that not everyone enjoys group or boot camp style training. Some individuals benefit from more personalized one-on-one training. It is for this reason that we offer personal training to everyone. While we recommend 3 sessions per week for optimum results, the best thing about personal training at ACTION Fitness is that we have NO MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS! There are also NO MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS! Train as little or as often as you like.
We will need to meet with you for about 30 minutes prior to your first session to establish your particular goals. Whether your goal is weight loss, tone-up, to increase speed and agility or sport specific, we will design a program just for you. Plus, with our personalized training, you get the added benefit of nutrition counseling from an RD, LD to help you meet your dietary needs.
Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer. An effective personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and discipline. SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING: Whether you are training for a specific sport or have a general need for speed/agilty improvement, Action Fitness will design a program to fit your needs. Sports Performance Training is a program structured to combine strength & conditioning with speed & agility. Athletes will learn the proper technique for running, jumping, changing direction, developing strength, and preventing injuries.
We have worked with individuals and teams, and have programs for baseball, softball, football, baseketball and tennis. We can also customize one to your specific needs.
